 Entry to the showground &amp\; vehicle movements will be allowed fr
 om Wednesday 1st September between 8am &amp\; 8pm only.
 Exit from the si
 te will commence after the site is clear of public on Sunday 5th September
  2027 and NOT BEFORE!
 A one-way system will be in place\, you must alway
 s adhere to the directions of our staff\, failure to do so will result in 
 your group being removed from site. This is for the safety of all people o
 n site.
 The name of each group member and vehicle owner will be required
  in advance for numbers\, security and insurance purposes
 All entries an
 d attendees must be insured against Third Party Risks. Check your policy f
 or on and off-road use and public liability if required. Please provide
 
 copies of insurance with entry. You will not be covered under our insuranc
 e policy and may be held personally liable for any injuries or damage caus
 ed.
